Office of Environmental Advocate
Welcome to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's Office of Environmental Advocate (OEA).
The Office of Environmental Advocate was established as a point of contact for Pennsylvania residents.
Our primary goal is to increase communities' environmental awareness and involvement. To achieve this goal, the OEA and other department staff are expanding their visibility and role in communities to assist with the permit review process as well as environmental monitoring, restoration and education programs.
To reach the OEA, please call 1-888-723-3721. Also, to find out more information about permitting actions in your area, sign up for eNOTICE. We look forward to hearing from you.
