eNOTICE is the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Electronic Notification System. Web Site Users can subscribe to eNOTICE, select items they wish to receive email notices or 'eNOTICES' when changes occur in the status of the particular item or when new items are available for viewing. eNOTICES covering Permit Applications are processed daily, while Draft Technical Document eNOTICES are processed weekly.
