How to Request Information from DEP
New Right-to-Know Procedure
The Department of Environmental Protection maintains millions of records in more than 20 offices throughout the Commonwealth. To obtain access to DEP information under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, you can print out a request form and mail it to the appropriate office or contact the office by phone. To help locate the appropriate records, the department suggests that a person requesting records call a DEP office listed below and ask for the Records Desk.
