DEP’s Bureau of Waste Management organizes, directs, evaluates, coordinates and manages the statewide hazardous, municipal, and residual waste programs. The office also oversees implementation of the storage tank, hazardous sites cleanup, municipal waste planning and recycling, municipal and residual waste management, Superfund, RCRA, and multi-site remediation programs.
